We thought to ourselves, "What's good?" and then we answered that question, "Hickory Smoked Black Pepper."
We source Tellicherry peppercorns, crack them slightly, and smoke them in hickory for a looooooooong time. By far the most difficult product we make, but you can taste the love. With a strong hickory smoke aroma, it truly adds a depth of flavor to anything you put it on.
Because of the difficulty of making this, we only offer it every once in a while. So, keep a look out and get it while you can!
