Smoked corn and lime salsa:

4 ears of corn grilled or boiled and shucked
Juice of 2 limes
1/3 cup rough chopped cilantro
1/4 cup Holy Smoke Hickory Smoked Carolina Honey
1 Tbls Holy Smoke Smoked Olive Oil
2 diced vine ripe tomatoes
1 chopped jalapeño (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
