Smoked Mojo Verde

  • 1 large bunch cilantro, leaves and tender stems only
  • 4 large cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 jalapeno, stemmed
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Holy Smoke Smoked Olive Oil
  • Holy Smoke Smoked Sea Salt, to taste
  1. In the a blender, combine the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, cumin, jalapeno, white wine vinegar, and Holy Smoke Smoked Olive Oil. Process until well-combined. Season generously with Holy Smoke Smoked Sea Salt and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.  This is a fantastic marinade for any meat or fish, as well as a sauce.  I also love to use it as a dip for vegetables.
